We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia, as a:

SALES PROJECT MANAGER
Working with UK and international clients

The role of the Sales Project Manager involves effectively managing responses to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) from our UK B2B clients, ensuring that proposed solutions are comprehensive, suitable, and result in successful lead conversions.

This position is based in our Tallinn office, with clients in the UK and across the globe.

The responsibilities of the Sales Project Manager include:

  • Converting leads generated through online marketing into sales and client accounts.
  • Contributing to lead generation planning and strategy.
  • Identifying the specific needs of each B2B client.
  • Communicating client requirements to design and production teams.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop optimal solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Preparing detailed price estimates for projects.
  • Placing design and production orders with our jewellery workshop or external partners (e.g., other designers or manufacturers).
  • Coordinating with all partners involved in the projects.
  • Ensuring all efforts are made to meet project deadlines.
  • Managing client accounts and maintaining ongoing communication.

Skills we are looking for: 

  • Proven experience in sales and project management.
  • Strong ability to close sales and convert leads into long-term client accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Near-native or fluent English proficiency; native speakers are preferred.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of performing effectively under pressure.
